Technical Business Analyst (TBA)
- Business acumen and strong technical expertise to drive the initiatives of AI-driven security solutions.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, internal technical teams, external vendors, and customers, ensuring requirements are accurately translated into scalable, efficient solutions.
Must have :
- Strong understanding of AI applications in cybersecurity, including threat detection, malware detection, network security, endpoint protection, and vulnerability management.
- Experience with SaaS implementation and the initiatives with hyperscale partners.
- Proficiency in machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), behavioural analysis.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Relevant certifications in cybersecurity, cloud and AI are a plus.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Requirement Analysis :
- Work with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.
2. Technical Expertise :
- Evaluate system architecture and design solutions with a focus on scalability, performance, and integration with existing systems.
- Collaborate with technical teams to assess feasibility and design.
3. Solution Design and Support :
- Propose innovative, technical solutions aligned with business goals, leveraging emerging technologies like AI/ML, cloud, or automation where applicable.
- Support development teams in ensuring high-quality deliverables.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration :
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to align requirements, resolve conflicts, and ensure seamless communication.
- Prepare technical documentation and deliver demos to stakeholders to validate solution designs.
5. Process Improvement :
- Identify opportunities to optimize and automate existing business processes using technology-driven solutions.
- Provide input on system enhancements and scalability improvements.
Additional Responsibilities :
- Prepare dashboards to track project KPIs, milestones, risks, and progress using reporting tools.
- Share regular updates via emails, reports, or dashboards to keep stakeholders informed.
- Organize and present updates during sprint reviews, status calls, or steering committee meetings.
- Highlight delays, risks, or blockers to relevant stakeholders with a clear action plan.
