Junior Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior architects in the design and development of architectural projects across different sectors (residential, commercial, institutional, etc.).
• Prepare architectural drawings, 3D models, and visual presentations using design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
• Participate in the conceptual design phase and contribute to design ideation and development.
• Conduct site visits to collect relevant data and assist in the review of construction progress.
• Support the preparation of technical specifications and design documentation.
• Assist with the coordination of consultants and contractors during the design and construction phases.
• Ensure that all design work complies with relevant building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform research on building materials, systems, and technologies to support project designs.
• Help create and update project schedules, maintaining efficient workflow and timelines.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure project goals are met and client expectations are satisfied.
• Develop presentations and reports for client meetings and project updates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Architecture (BArch) from a renowned institute.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project support.
• Strong portfolio showcasing academic projects and work experience (if applicable).
• Familiarity with design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp)
• Knowledge of architectural detailing, materials, and construction practices.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
