A Quality Assurance (QA) Associate is responsible for ensuring that products and services meet established quality standards. 1. Participating in the development and implementation of quality systems, policies, and procedures. 2. Conducting internal audits to identify potential quality issues and areas for improvement. 3. Participating in the investigation of customer complaints and adverse events to identify the root cause and develop corrective actions. 4. Conducting risk assessments to identify potential quality and safety hazards.
