MERN Stack Developer - Node.js/React.js (3-5 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled Fullstack Developer with proficiency in Node.js for backend development and Angular or React for frontend development. You will be responsible for building and maintaining high-performance applications with seamless user experiences. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with both front-end and back-end development, including database integration.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications.

- Build scalable and reusable code for future use.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate business

requirements into technical specifications.

- Develop RESTful APIs using Node.js and manage server-side logic.

- Create and implement user-facing features using Angular or React.

- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.

- Manage databases (SQL/NoSQL) and ensure integration with the backend logic.

- Write unit tests and integration tests to ensure robustness.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure seamless deployment and monitoring of applications.

- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in both frontend and backend development.

Required Qualifications :

Experience :

- 3 - 5 years of professional experience in full-stack development.

- Proven experience with Node.js for backend development.

- Strong experience with Angular or React for frontend development.

Frontend :

- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.

- Experience with frontend frameworks/libraries (Angular or React).

- Familiarity with Responsive Design and cross-browser compatibility.

Backend :

- Strong experience with Node.js and Express.js (or similar frameworks).

- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSocket technologies.

- Familiarity with authentication and authorization mechanisms, such as OAuth, JWT, etc.

- Knowledge of server-side rendering and API security best practices.

- Strong experience in integrating third party API's.

Database :

- Experience with SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).

- Ability to design and optimize database schemas.

Version Control :

- Proficient with Git and version control workflows (GitFlow, GitHub, GitLab).

- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (e.g.,GitHub Actions).

Nice-to-Have :

- Experience with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

- Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).

- Understanding of Microservices Architecture.
