Job Overview:


We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Multi-Disciplinary Trainer to deliver engaging and high-quality training programs across a variety of domains, including IT, Economics, Human Resources (HR), Marketing, Personal Development Programs , Excel Trainer, International Baccalaureate (International Business), English, and Mathematics with a focus on experimental learning. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education and capable of fostering an interactive learning environment, incorporating hands-on, experimental learning techniques to enhance students' understanding and skills in real-world applications.


Key Responsibilities:


IT Trainer:


Design and deliver training sessions in IT concepts, tools, and software, including basic to advanced levels of programming, cyber security, and database management.

Stay updated with the latest trends in technology and integrate them into the curriculum.

Economics Trainer:


Teach economic theories, microeconomics, macroeconomics, international trade, and market structures.

Apply experimental learning techniques to explain complex concepts through simulations, case studies, and real-life scenarios.


HR Trainer:


Deliver training on human resource management principles, including recruitment, employee engagement, organizational behavior, and performance management.

Provide insights into HR tools, systems, and best practices.


Marketing Trainer:


Develop and deliver courses on digital marketing, traditional marketing strategies, consumer behavior, branding, and market research.

Use real-life case studies, simulations, and group activities to ensure the practical application of marketing concepts.


Personal Development Program Trainer:


Conduct workshops focused on soft skills, leadership, communication, time management, and career development.

Use role-playing, group discussions, and personal reflection exercises to help participants develop professionally and personally.


Excel Trainer:


Teach Excel for beginners to advanced users, covering formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and macros.

Integrate practical exercises to allow learners to directly apply Excel tools to solve business challenges.


International Baccalaureate (International Business) Trainer:


Prepare students for the International Business curriculum, providing guidance in subjects like theory of knowledge , extended essays, and preparing for internal and external assessments.

Foster experimental learning environments to help students engage critically with International Business concepts.


English Trainer:


Provide English language training for a range of proficiency levels, including reading, writing, listening, speaking, and grammar.

Use interactive and experimental teaching methods to build language skills and cultural understanding.

Mathematics Trainer (with Experimental Learning):


Teach mathematics across various levels, from basic arithmetic to advanced algebra, calculus, and statistics.

Incorporate experimental learning approaches, such as hands-on activities, mathematical modeling, and real-world problem solving, to reinforce abstract mathematical concepts.


Qualifications & Skills:


Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field (e.g., IT, Economics, Business Administration, HR, Marketing, Mathematics, Education, etc.).


Experience:


Minimum 3-5 years of experience in teaching/training across the mentioned domains.

Certifications: Relevant certifications or professional qualifications in one or more of the disciplines (e.g., Microsoft Certified, HR Certifications, International Business -trained, etc.) are preferred.

Finance Trainer -


We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Finance Trainer to join our Training & Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality finance training programs to a range of participants, from entry-level employees to senior professionals. You will teach essential finance concepts, including financial analysis, accounting principles, financial modeling, budgeting, and investment strategies, while ensuring an engaging and interactive learning experience that promotes practical application.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Curriculum Design & Delivery:
    • Develop and deliver training materials, courses, and workshops focused on core finance topics such as financial accounting, financial statements, corporate finance, investment analysis, and risk management.
    • Create interactive and engaging learning experiences through real-world case studies, simulations, and hands-on activities to reinforce finance principles.
  2. Financial Analysis & Reporting:
    • Teach learners how to analyze financial data, interpret financial statements, and evaluate key financial ratios.
    • Explain concepts related to financial reporting, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and budgeting.
  3. Financial Modelling & Forecasting:
    • Train participants in financial modeling techniques, using tools like Excel to build and interpret financial models.
    • Provide guidance on forecasting methods, including budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and scenario analysis.
  4. Investment & Risk Management:
    • Conduct training on various investment strategies, including equity and bond analysis, portfolio management, and capital budgeting.
    • Teach risk management techniques, including financial risk assessment, hedging, and mitigation strategies.
  5. Accounting Principles:
    • Deliver training in accounting fundamentals such as (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), (International Financial Reporting Standards), and double-entry bookkeeping.
    • Help learners understand key concepts like debits, credits, accruals, and deferrals.
  6. Custom Training Solutions:
    • Tailor finance training programs to meet the specific needs of different departments and organizational goals.
    • Design and implement specialized programs for finance professionals, managers, and executives.
  7. Assessment & Feedback:
    • Conduct assessments, quizzes, and exams to evaluate learners' understanding of financial concepts.
    • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to help individuals improve their financial acumen.
  8. Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and regulations in the finance industry.
    • Regularly evaluate and update course content to ensure it remains relevant and aligned with industry standards and best practices.
    • Mandatory Things - Marketing - Digital Marketing/ CRM, MARKETING RESEARCH/BASED KNOWLEDGE Along with hands on software preferred.
    • Agri Business Management- Case Based Learning
    • Excel Trainer
    • Mathematics Knowledge with Experimental Learning.
    • Experience- Minimum (1 to 7)year
