Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing: Assist in sourcing potential candidates through various channels, including online job portals, social media, and networking events.
Resume Screening: Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and provide them with necessary information about the interview process.
Applicant Tracking: Maintain and update our applicant tracking system to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including document collection and orientation.
Recruitment Administration: Provide general administrative support to the HR team, such as organizing interviews, managing candidate correspondence, and maintaining recruitment records.
Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and competitors to help optimize our recruitment strategies.
Assisting with Special Projects: Participate in ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
