What will you do
Technical Oversight: Provide technical ownership for the planning, operation, and maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, CCTV, and other infrastructure. Implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure system reliability and performance
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of technicians, engineers, and support staff. Provide guidance and training to improve team capabilities and technical expertise
Project Management: Oversee technical projects, renovations, and system upgrades. Coordinate with contractors, architects, and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
Technical Expertise: Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and advancements in facility management. Offer subject matter expertise in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with relevant regulations, building codes, and safety standards. Review and update procedures in response to changes in legal or regulatory requirements
Energy Management: Implement energy-saving initiatives and sustainable practices. Analyze energy consumption data to develop strategies for improved efficiency
Emergency Response and Safety: Develop emergency response plans for technical systems. Ensure adherence to safety protocols by the technical team
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement innovative solutions. Promote process optimization to enhance the effectiveness of technical operations
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other facility management departments, including operations, maintenance, and engineering, to deliver integrated facility management services
