Software Engineer - Java/PostgreSQL (3-7 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain software applications using Java, C++, or other relevant programming languages.

- Develop and integrate with telephony APIs and SDKs (e.g , Twilio, Amazon Connect, Google Voice).

- Develop and maintain real-time communication applications (e.g, voice/video conferencing, chat).

- Integrate telephony systems with other enterprise applications (e.g , CRM, ERP).

- Write unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure software quality.

- Strong understanding of telephony protocols (e.g , SIP, RTP, TDM).

- Experience with telephony APIs and SDKs (e.g , Twilio, Amazon Connect, Google Voice).

- Experience with real-time communication technologies (e.g , WebRTC).

- Experience with databases (e.g , MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL).

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g, product managers, QA engineers, network engineers).Communicate technical information clearly and concisely.

Qualifications :

Experience : 3-7 years of experience in software development with a focus on telephony applications.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Java or C++.

- Experience with telephony APIs and SDKs (e.g , Twilio, Amazon Connect, Google Voice).

- Experience with real-time communication technologies (e.g, WebRTC).

- Experience with databases (e.g , MySQL, PostgreSQL).

- Experience with version control systems (Git).
