Position: Business Analyst cum Digital Marketing Intern

Note:

1. This role includes Business Analyst and Digital Marketing both work.
2. Digital marketing knowledge/Internship/Training experience required.

Internship Duration: 6 Months

Stipend: 10,000/month + Variable (Up to 10,000 monthly based on performance, paid upon successful completion of the internship)

Eligibility:

• Education: B.Tech. or MCA (2025 batch only)
• Candidates must be available for the full internship duration.

Opportunity for PPO:
Based on your performance during the internship, you may be offered a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) for a full-time position.

Interview Mode: Face-to-Face Only

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and Software Requirements Specifications (SRS).
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide business insights.
• Support initiatives to improve data reporting quality and business processes.
• Assist in creating wireframes, flowcharts, and UML diagrams.
• Perform testing activities, including functionality checks and user acceptance testing, before product delivery.
• Collaborate with the development and IT teams to document technical and business requirements.
• Work on SEO, social media, content marketing, and paid ad campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze website traffic, lead generation, and campaign performance.
• Coordinate between different teams to ensure smooth communication and execution of tasks.
• Stay updated with digital marketing and business analysis trends.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of business analysis concepts and digital marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of BRD, FRD, SRS, wireframes, and use cases is a plus.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media platforms.
• Excellent presentation, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
