Job Summary:
Responsible for all client interfaces within the assigned Account or a portfolio of Accounts for defined US Geography within IT/Engineering recruitment and Staffing practice. Building and managing key client relationships; and responsible for top-line and bottom-line performance of the portfolio.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Building a comprehensive account plan, which details key relationships required, the opportunities and the revenue expected from such opportunities, as well as potential threats and weaknesses that need to be addressed. Meeting and exceeding the Budgeted Revenue against the Actual Revenue for the monthly/quarterly/annual targets.
Responsible for building and managing a portfolio, driving revenues within the assigned Account or the portfolio of Accounts, by being the owner of the entire Opportunity Management cycle. That involves identifying business opportunities, service delivery, and negotiations.
Responsible for getting new leads/requirements and maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations.
Should be well versed in IT concepts and technologies.
Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Drive the full recruitment life-cycle process to support client\s hiring needs in a time sensitive and high-volume environment.
Knowledge of Internet based recruitment tools (i.e.: DICE, Monster, JobDiva, Corp-Corp, W2, 1099 etc.) Initial Technical screening & identifying the fitment of the candidate against the requirement. Maintain quality database of active and passive job seekers.
Work closely with the delivery teams to ensure that the team understands the customer requirements and is aligned. Orient the candidates for interviews.
Coordinate with the consultants to ensure fitment with the client needs; negotiate the rates and ensure on-boarding, as per customer requirements.
Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for high-end or niche requirements from the client.
Thoroughly understand and work on the requirements of the client and guiding the team to work toward achieving the target.
Analyzing, Screening, & Submitting consultant profiles as per client requirements within the required Turn Around Time frame.
Responsible for maintaining and communicating candidate follow-up and status update on a regular basis.
