Job Overview:
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team.
- The Account Manager will be responsible for managing key client relationships, ensuring the successful delivery of our IT products, and driving account growth.
- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of our offerings, exceptional client management skills, and a passion for ensuring customer satisfaction and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
- Understand clients' business needs, objectives, and challenges, ensuring our products align with their goals.
- Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams (product, technical, support) to ensure seamless communication and delivery of solutions.
Account Growth & Upselling:
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to introduce new features or solutions to clients that drive their success and meet evolving needs.
- Develop strategies to maximize client engagement and lifetime value, contributing to revenue growth.
Customer Success and Retention:
- Proactively address any concerns or issues raised by clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Lead regular account reviews to discuss performance metrics, product utilization, and opportunities for improvement.
- Work on contract renewals, ensuring timely renewal processes.
Project Management:
- Oversee the implementation and onboarding process for the clients, ensuring a smooth transition to using the product.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet the client's expectations.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Provide clients with regular updates and performance reports, highlighting key metrics and the impact of the product on their business.
- Gather feedback and insights from clients to help improve our products and services.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, product, development, support) to ensure that client needs are communicated and prioritized effectively.
- Provide input into product development based on client feedback and market trends.
Market Intelligence:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights to clients.
- Identify opportunities for clients to leverage our product in new ways as their industry and needs evolve.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales in an IT product or SaaS company.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail and delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience in driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Technical aptitude and the ability to understand IT products, especially cloud-based software, enterprise solutions, or SaaS platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to create data-driven reports and presentations.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with clients in the Manufacturing / Chemical Industry.
- Knowledge of SAP and MES.
- Proven track record of managing high-value accounts and driving customer success.
