- We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Procurement Specialist to join our team
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement processes and supply chain management, along with excellent negotiation and communication skills
- As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing materials and services to ensure our organization's operational needs are met efficiently and cost-effectively
- Key responsibilities include:Identifying and evaluating suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, and other factors
- Negotiating contracts and terms with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and terms
- Managing supplier relationships and conducting regular performance evaluations
- Forecasting demand and monitoring inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and requirements
- Developing and implementing procurement strategies to streamline processes and reduce costs
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, regulations, and ethical standards
- Analyzing market trends and staying informed about industry developments to make informed procurement decisions
