AI ML Technical Trainer

Job Requirement:

Training Delivery

Conduct interactive training sessions on AI/ML concepts, including Python, Deep Learning, Neural Networks, and NLP.

Guide students in hands-on projects, case studies, and real-world applications.

Ensure practical exposure through coding assignments and AI model development.

Curriculum Development

Design and update AI/ML course content as per industry trends and advancements.

Develop training materials, lab exercises, and assessments.

Incorporate industry use cases and latest AI research into the curriculum.

Mentoring & Student Support

Provide technical guidance to students on AI/ML projects.

Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and live coding exercises.

Evaluate student performance and suggest improvements.

Industry Collaboration & Research

Stay updated with AI/ML trends, tools, and frameworks.

Work with industry experts to align training with job market needs.

Participate in webinars, hackathons, and conferences.

Training Administration & Reporting

Maintain student progress reports and feedback.

Ensure compliance with the institutes training standards.

Assist in AI/ML promotional activities such as workshops and demo sessions.

Bonus Point:

Preferred: Ph.D. or specialized certification in AI/ML (AWS, Google TensorFlow, etc.)

Technical Skills Required:

. Strong programming knowledge in Python, R, or MATLAB.

. Expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision.

. Experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn.

. Knowledge of Big Data, MLOps, AI Cloud Deployment is a plus.

. Hands-on experience in AI project development and deployment.

Preferred Qualifications:

. Experience in AI/ML consulting or research.

. Published papers in AI/ML conferences or journals.

. Previous training experience in EdTech or corporate training
