Responsibilities:

Program Growth:

- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality affiliates across various channels (e. , bloggers, coupon sites, cashback platforms) aligned with our target audience.

- Develop and implement strategies to expand our affiliate network and build mutually beneficial partnerships.

- Negotiate and manage affiliate contracts, ensuring optimal commission structures and terms.

Performance Optimization:

- Monitor and analyze affiliate campaign performance across various metrics (clicks, conversions, ROI).

- Develop and implement data-driven optimization strategies to maximize program effectiveness.

- Identify and troubleshoot issues impacting affiliate performance, ensuring smooth campaign execution.

Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with affiliate partners.

- Provide ongoing communication and support to ensure a positive affiliate experience.

- Proactively address partner concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Reporting & Analysis:

- Generate regular reports that track program performance and key metrics.

- Identify trends and insights to guide future affiliate marketing strategies.

- Work with internal stakeholders to communicate program progress and success.

Stay Ahead of the Curve:

- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in affiliate marketing.

- Research and implement new technologies and tools to enhance program performance.

- Explore new partnership opportunities to expand reach and diversify the affiliate network.

Qualifications:

- 2-6 years of experience in affiliate marketing.

- Proven track record of growing and managing successful affiliate programs.

- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing models (CPA, CPL, CPS, etc.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

- Experience with affiliate management platforms (e. , Affise, HasOffers, ImpactRadius) is a plus.

- Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing best practices.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
