Junior Architect / BIM Designer

Role & responsibilities

1) Liaising with architects to gather design ideas.

2) Developing the model from sketches and concept ideas.

3) Learning, understanding, and implementing the building scheme.

4) Generate permit drawing designs with building information modelling (BIM)/Computer-aided design (CAD) software and ensure that they comply with regulations and quality standards and requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

1) 1-3 years of experience as a Drafter, CAD/BIM Modeller (or) a similar role (or) 6 months of hands-on experience with CAD/ BIM tools - Freshers who can demonstrate a high-quality CAD/BIM project that youve developed while pursuing your degree is also appreciated.

2) B.Arch/Diploma in Architecture or) B.Tech/ B.E/ Diploma in Civil Engineering

3) Good Math Skills.

4) Ability to schedule work and meet deadlines.

5) The ability to learn and develop is a needed skill
