1. Participating in team meetings during product development in R&D.

2. Reviewing the new / modified process (PDR) and preparing the necessary engineering technical documents.

3. Observing the experimental process in R&D lab and preparation of report.

4. Application of basic engineering concepts during process development.

5. Conducting experiments in Simular glass rector (process engineering lab) and identify the scale-up factors (CPP) with different agitation pattern and unit operations.

6. Lab equipment maintenance and procurement of spare parts.

7. Reducing the unit operations and optimization of process with limited & Suitable equipment/ facility.

8. Preparation of PFC, PFD reports for commercial batches.

9. Equipment mapping report preparation with coupon test/ proper justification with respect to MOC & process chemicals/ conditions.

10. Preparation of P&ID for Newly developed product in co-ordination with site TSD and Engineering teams.

11. Participation in PSI & PHA (HAZOP) discussions.

12. Material and Mass balance sheet preparation.

13. Conducting/ generating What-If data in co-ordination with R&D team.

14. Reviewing BPCR and provide necessary technical inputs/ suggestions with respect to PDR.

15. Indenting of new equipment for Lab for successful scale up calculations with respect to manufacturing facility / commercial scale.

16. Indenting & follow up of RMs for Demo and Validation batches in co-ordination with site TSD, Purchase and manufacturing departments.

17. Preparation of SOP for Lab equipment as well as standard formats (Template) for Report preparation.

18. Reviewing the Specifications and Testing procedures and its applicability in commercial batches.

19. Optimization of Yield and Quality in commercial batches.

20. Utility and Power consumption calculations (Over-head cost) report preparation.

21. Product cost sheet (RMC + OHC) preparation.

22. Identification of bottleneck activities in the process and accordingly optimize the process.
