Job Summary:
The Tele sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing tele sales strategies, managing the tele sales team, and ensuring excellent customer engagement. This role requires strong leadership skills, sales expertise, and the ability to motivate the team to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement telesales strategies to achieve sales goals and revenue targets.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the telesales team to ensure high performance.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and training to improve results.
Set clear sales objectives and KPIs for the telesales team.
Identify new sales opportunities and strategies for business growth.
Ensure excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales campaigns with business objectives.
Analyse sales data and market trends to provide actionable insights.
Recruit, train, and develop telesales representatives.
Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management.
Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
4-6 years of experience in telesales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
