We are looking for Business Development Managers (BDMs) who can help us create a strong lead funnel by building meaningful connections that drive growth in both domestic and international markets. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively selling our services to meet those needs. You will also maintain and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strategic mindset, and a proactive approach to business development, aiming to expand our market presence and achieve sustainable growth.
Responsibilities:
Researching potential prospects, contacting them via phone, email, and social media, qualifying them, educating prospects about the services and scheduling meetings in a high-velocity sales environment.
Independently building and managing your pipeline by leveraging our outbound sales software.
Setting aggressive goals and achieving them consistently.
Providing smooth transitions from a prospect to lead regularly with our Account Executives/Managers.
Demonstrating varied sales techniques by developing and continuously optimizing emails written for client acquisition.
