Concept Development: Collaborate with senior designers and creative teams to brainstorm and develop design concepts that effectively communicate messages and ideas. Layout and Composition: Arrange elements, typography, and images to create balanced and visually pleasing designs that adhere to design principles. Brand Consistency: Ensure all design work aligns with the organization's brand identity, maintaining consistency across different platforms and materials. Visual Assets: Generate images, icons, and other visual assets that enhance the visual storytelling of marketing materials, websites, and social media. Collaborative Projects: Work closely with marketing, content, and other departments to contribute design expertise to a range of projects and campaigns. Software Proficiency: Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) to create and edit visual content.
