Key Responsibilities :

1. Technical Leadership :

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the front-end development team.

- Mentor and coach team members to improve their skills and knowledge.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the React ecosystem.

- Evaluate and adopt new technologies and tools to improve development efficiency and code quality.

2. Architecture and Design :

- Design and architect robust and scalable front-end solutions using React and related technologies.

- Define and enforce coding standards and best practices to ensure code quality and maintainability.

- Collaborate with back-end engineers to design and implement efficient APIs and data integration strategies.

3. Development and Implementation :

- Hands-on development of complex front-end features using React, Redux, and other relevant technologies.

- Write clean, well-structured, and efficient code.

- Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

4. Performance Optimization :

- Identify and optimize performance bottlenecks in the front-end application.

- Implement techniques to improve page load times, rendering performance, and overall user experience.

5. Team Management :

- Lead and manage a team of front-end engineers.

- Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of projects.

- Foster a collaborative and positive team culture.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 8 to 13 years of experience in front-end development.

- Strong proficiency in React, Redux, and JavaScript.

- Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries.

- Experience with state management solutions like Redux or Context API.

- Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest or React Testing Library.

- Experience with build tools like Webpack or Parcel.

- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with TypeScript.

- Knowledge of server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG).

- Experience with GraphQL.
