ORMB Developer (5-10 yrs)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ORMB Developer to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex ORMB solutions for our clients.

You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, performant, and scalable solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients' businesses.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement complex ORMB components, including Algorithms, Batches, Business Services, and Scripts, within the OUAF framework.

- Develop and implement robust interfaces using ORMB File Framework and Batch multithreading framework.

- Ensure the quality, performance, and maintainability of all developed components.

- Troubleshoot and debug complex ORMB issues.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective ORMB-based solutions.

- Design and document technical specifications and solution architectures.

- Participate in technical design reviews and provide feedback.

- Lead technical discussions with clients on ORMB architecture, capabilities, and integrations.

- Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Collaborate effectively with other developers, architects, and project managers.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in ORMB technology and best practices.

- Explore and evaluate new technologies and tools to improve development efficiency and solution quality.

- 5-10 years of hands-on experience in developing and implementing ORMB solutions.

- Strong expertise in developing complex ORMB components (Algorithms, Batches, Business Services, Scripting) within the OUAF framework.

- In-depth knowledge of ORMB File Framework and Batch multithreading framework.

- Experience in designing and developing interfaces within the ORMB environment.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience in working within Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Sprint planning, Backlog grooming, retrospectives)
