Job Title: International Sales Executive / Manager


Location: Pune

Job Type: Full-time


Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Sales Executive/Manager to expand our global footprint. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with international clients, and driving revenue growth. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and market research skills to develop and execute effective sales strategies in international markets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in global markets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market expansion goals.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and trends.
  • Handle the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and proposal development to negotiation and closing deals.
  • Manage international trade processes, including logistics, compliance, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaigns targeting international customers.
  • Participate in global trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand business outreach.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, legal) to ensure smooth international transactions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and provide regular sales reports to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in international sales, business development, or export sales.
  • Proven experience in B2B or B2C international sales.
  • Strong understanding of global trade regulations, import/export compliance, and logistics.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for business meetings and conferences.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in industries such as IT, SaaS, or Healthcare.
  • Knowledge of cross-cultural business practices and global market trends.
  • Ability to work in different time zones and handle international clients effectively.
