Maintenance Lead - Automation

We are looking for an experienced Automation & Maintenance Engineer with a strong background in production automation and maintenance services. The ideal candidate should have expertise in PLC programming, industrial sensors, actuators, and troubleshooting critical equipment to ensure seamless operations in a production plant environment.

Experience Required:

• Minimum of 7 years in production automation and maintenance.

Key Skills:

• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a production plant.
• Expertise in sensors, actuators, PLC-controlled mechanisms, and industrial imaging systems.
• PLC programming, HMI configuration, and industrial communication protocols (OPC).
• Strong understanding of routine maintenance, failure analysis, and downtime reduction strategies.
• Efficient management of critical components such as motors, encoders, and power systems.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for serialization and packaging automation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ensured continuous operation of key components like cameras, sensors, printers, conveyors, RFID readers, and computing systems by resolving hardware issues.
• Identify and troubleshoot failures in critical equipment (e.g., cameras, sensors, printers, motors) and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain and calibrate industrial equipment such as printers, scanners, RFID readers, and sensors, optimizing conveyor speed and belt alignment.
• Oversee inventory management of critical spare parts like motors, encoders, PCBs, and sensors to ensure minimal downtime.
• Ensured compliance with safety standards, maintaining logs for circuit breakers, power supplies, and industrial PCs.
• Lead and coordinate teams in troubleshooting and maintaining PLC-integrated assets and systems.
• Handle replacement and maintenance of mechanical components like conveyors, rollers, bearings, and motors.
