Required Competency, Skills, & Education

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst, with a strong focus on Salesforce testing and integrations.
• Hands-on experience testing Salesforce customizations (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, Flows, etc).
• Experience testing MuleSoft API integrations and working with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Solid understanding of integration patterns, API testing, and data flow processes.
• Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans, cases, and defect reports.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
