Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Sales, Digital Marketing, and Data Analytics.
- This role requires a proactive individual who is willing to work crossfunctionally and multi-task across Sales and Marketing roles.
- Willing to relocate to Mumbai.
Reporting to: Head - Business Development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote IT services and craft new services.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Be part of current Sales team and handle tele-calling sales services.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
- Lead & Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute sales strategies and campaigns.
- Analyse and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, making datadriven recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
- Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including websites, blogs, and social media.
- Monitor and optimize marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective spending.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA or a Data Analytics qualifications is an added advantage.
- 2-5 years of experience in IT Sales, Digital Marketing, and Sales data analysis & related techno-commercial activities.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
- Excellent English verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, CRM software, and social media management tools.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:.
- Experience with B2B marketing and sales.
- Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing solutions.
- BPO & Tele calling experience and understanding the principles of Cold calling & Emailing.
