Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of accounting and finance professionals.
2. Oversee advanced accounting processes, including complex financial transactions and reconciliations.
3. Manage inventory control and ensure accurate inventory valuation.
4. Collaborate with the PM to implement accounting systems and integrate financial tools.
5. Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
6. Communicate with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
7. Monitor financial performance, analyze data, and make strategic recommendations to enhance client financial health.
Requirement :
1.CA is Mandatory
2. Advanced accounting, inventory management, and financial statement preparation.
3. Proven experience in leading and managing a team.
4. Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
8. Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and standards
9. Expertise in using accounting software such Xero
10. Knowledge of inventory management systems.
11. Experience with systems integration and implementation.
12. Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
13. Detail-oriented and highly organized.
14. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
