Key Responsibilities :

- Data Pipeline Development : Build, monitor, and optimize data pipelines and workflows using Azure Data Factory (ADF) to support data ingestion and transformation processes..

- Database Development : Write, optimize, and maintain SQL / T-SQL scripts, including stored procedures, functions, and views, ensuring data integrity and efficiency..

- Data Migration Projects : Lead and execute end-to-end data migration projects, including requirements gathering, mapping, transformation, and validation..

- Database Management : Work with Azure SQL Database, SQL Managed Instance, and Microsoft SQL Server for database design, tuning, and troubleshooting..

- Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data architects, analysts, and developers, to deliver scalable data solutions aligned with business objectives..

- Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation for data pipelines, transformations, and migration processes..

Key Qualifications :

Experience :

- 8 years of hands-on experience in data engineering, with expertise in Azure Data Factory..

Technical Proficiency :

- Strong knowledge of SQL / T-SQL scripting, stored procedures, and functions..

- Familiarity with Azure SQL Database, SQL Managed Instance, and Microsoft SQL Server..

- Project Expertise : Successfully executed at least three data migration projects from inception to completion..

- Problem-Solving : Ability to troubleshoot and optimize data pipelines and address performance bottlenecks..

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with other Azure data services (e.g., Azure Synapse, Databricks, or Data Lake)..

- Knowledge of ETL/ELT tools and methodologies..
