Dispatch Manager

Job Description:

• Dispatch Packing as per planning and clients requirement.
• Proper Documentation
• Co -ordination with transporters.
• Physical dispatches.
• Co -ordination with factory & marketing team.
• To ensure that load correctly, manifest and ultimately dispatch all owned / contracted vehicles for the purpose of delivery to our customers according to S.O.P
• To take ownership in the running of the day-to-day dispatch operation. Recognize and resolve discrepancies as they arise.
• Ensure all outbound paperwork is accurate and recorded correctly.
• Ensure all orders are completed and systems updated accordingly.
• Ensure all records electronic and paper are being maintained and recorded correctly.
