USEReady - Legal Professional (3-4 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Conduct legal research, analyze complex legal issues, and prepare concise and well-supported legal memoranda.

- Draft and review a variety of legal documents, including contracts (MNDAs, EULAs, MSAs, SOWs), agreements, and other legal instruments.

- Negotiate and analyze commercial contracts, ensuring alignment with company objectives and minimizing legal risks.

- Provide legal guidance and support to internal teams on various legal matters.

- Stay up-to-date on legal developments and emerging trends, particularly within the domain of data privacy laws and regulations (a plus).

- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of relevant legal precedents and industry best practices.

- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external counsel to ensure successful legal outcomes.

- Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly and concisely convey legal information.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience in a fast-paced legal environment, preferably within an MNC IT company.

- Strong understanding of Indian Law and relevant legal principles.

- Proven ability to research, analyze, and draft legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail.

- Experience in negotiating and reviewing commercial contracts of various types (MNDAs, EULAs, MSAs, SOWs).

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Degree in Law (LLB) or a related field (e. , Corporate Law) is mandatory
