Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract high-caliber plant engineering professionals. • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms. • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future manufacturing plant engineering needs. • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for plant engineering positions, from job requisition to offer acceptance. • Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals. • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
• Proven experience as a Recruiter, with a focus on Manufacturing Plant engineering (Preferably Automotive and OEM) or related technical fields. • Strong knowledge of engineering roles (Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, Civil etc). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and hiring managers. • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Required 4 to 8 years of recruitment experience.
