Data Engineer - ETL Tools (5-8 yrs)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Engineer with a strong technical background in data engineering, a deep understanding of Snowflake and Kafka, and a proven track record in leading teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing large-scale data solutions while effectively managing a team to deliver high-quality projects on time.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Demonstrate advanced skills in writing optimized SQL queries and Python scripts for data manipulation and analysis.

2. Hands-on experience in leveraging Snowflake for data warehousing, performance tuning, and scalable data solutions.

3. Comprehensive knowledge of Kafka architecture, including the configuration and management of producers, consumers, topics, partitions, and offsets.

4. Strong practical experience in working with ETL tools to build and manage efficient data pipelines.

5. Lead the design and execution of large-scale data migration projects, ensuring data integrity and performance.

6. Develop and implement real-time data streaming architectures using Kafka and other relevant technologies.

7. Apply best practices in Snowflake data architecture and Kafka stream processing to maximize system efficiency and reliability.

8. Oversee and manage team dynamics, ensuring collaborative and productive work environments.

9. Provide guidance and technical mentorship to team members, fostering growth and skill development.

9. Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

10. Build strong relationships within and across teams, promoting an inclusive and cooperative culture.

Experience :

- 5-8 years in data engineering, including at least 2 years in a team leadership role, with a focus on Snowflake and Kafka expertise.
