Kafka Developer - ETL Tools (5-8 yrs)

Experience :

- 5-8 years in data engineering with expertise in Snowflake and Kafka, including at least 2 years in a team leadership role.

Technical Skills :

a. Proficiency in SQL, Python

b. Hands-on experience with the Snowflake cloud data platform, Kafka, and ETL tools .

c. Deep understanding of Kafka architecture, including producers, consumers, topics, partitions, and offsets.

Project Experience :

- Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale data migration and streaming projects.

Leadership Skills :

a. Strong ability to manage team dynamics and ensure successful project delivery.

b. Demonstrated experience in mentoring and developing team members' technical skills.

Optimization :

- Strong understanding of best practices in Snowflake data architecture and Kafka stream processing.

Soft Skills : Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills :

1. Experience with additional cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.

2. Familiarity with handling large datasets and integrating diverse data sources.

3. Knowledge of Agile methodologies for project management.
