Role Overview :

We are seeking a Software Engineer who is passionate about building products to join our team. As a key member of our talented development team, you will play a pivotal role in realizing our ambitious vision. You'll work on our moonshot product from scratch aimed at disrupting the conventional hiring practices in India, leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies.

Responsibilities :

- Take ownership of entire features, from conceptualization to implementation, collaborating closely with other engineers, product managers, and designers.

- Develop clean, maintainable, and scalable code that facilitates seamless refactoring as our systems evolve.

- Conduct thorough peer code reviews, providing constructive feedback to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

- Craft comprehensive technical documentation or write code for humans to ensure clarity and maintainability of the codebase.

Core Requirements :

- Minimum 2 years' worth of hands-on experience in building, deploying, and maintaining production-grade services/applications. Yes, we do consider your side projects.

- Proficiency in relational databases, adept at optimizing queries, and a strong command of SQL.

- Demonstrated expertise in database modeling and architectural design.

- Comfortable designing and implementing scalable architecture patterns to support business growth.

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices, ensuring efficient and reliable software delivery pipelines.

- Hands-on experience building products on OpenAI/LLMs/ChatGPT will be an added advantage

- Passion for staying abreast of advancements in AI technology, with a willingness to leverage AI capabilities to enhance product development.
