About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Manager to oversee and lead operations in [Delhi/Hyderabad/Bangalore]. This leadership role is critical to driving the success of our business across the assigned region, ensuring profitability, and maintaining operational excellence. As a Regional Manager, you will manage P&L responsibilities, lead high-performing teams, and develop strategic initiatives that align with our company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Operations & P&L Management:

- Oversee and drive the region's Profit & Loss (P&L) performance, ensuring the delivery of financial goals and revenue growth.

- Analyze market trends, forecast business opportunities, and create actionable strategies to capitalize on them.

- Monitor and optimize operational costs while maintaining service excellence.

2. Leadership & Team Development:

- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing regional team, fostering a culture of ownership and accountability.

- Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to the team to help them achieve their full potential.

- Act as a bridge between corporate leadership and regional operations to ensure alignment and seamless communication.

3. Strategic Business Planning:

- Develop and implement strategic business plans tailored to regional market conditions.

- Drive business expansion efforts, including identifying and securing new partnerships and growth opportunities.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and generate insights to refine operational and sales strategies.

4. Client & Stakeholder Engagement:

- Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners in the region.

- Act as a brand ambassador for the company, ensuring consistent and professional representation in all external engagements.

Key Requirements:

1. Educational Background:

- MBA from a Tier 1 institute (e.g., IIM, ISB, XLRI, etc.) is preferred but not mandatory if experience compensates.

2. Professional Experience:

- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role with demonstrated success in managing regional operations.

- Proven track record of managing P&L and leading multi-functional teams across diverse geographies.

- Experience in the eCommerce industry is highly desirable and will be an added advantage.

3. Additional Skills & Experience:

- Strong entrepreneurial mindset; prior co-founding or entrepreneurial experience is a significant plus.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to lead internal teams and interact with external stakeholders effectively.

- Ability to think strategically while being hands-on with day-to-day operations.
