Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager - Customer Success to join our team. This is a critical and high-priority role that focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction and driving success in the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the process industry, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to deliver value through financial ROI calculations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers in the EMEA region, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Drive customer success strategies, ensuring long-term engagement and satisfaction.
- Conduct financial ROI calculations to demonstrate the value of products and solutions to customers.
- Provide consulting expertise to improve customer operations and processes.
- Manage and build strong relationships with key accounts, fostering trust and collaboration.
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve customer challenges effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success goals align with company objectives.
- Travel extensively (approximately 80% of the time) across the EMEA region to meet customers and support their needs.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Over 15 years, with 10+ years in the process industry or as a consultant in maintenance.
- Consulting Expertise: Prior consulting experience is essential.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
- Analytical Ability: Proficiency in conducting financial ROI calculations.
- Visa Requirement: A valid US Tourist Visa is mandatory.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively across the EMEA region
