We are seeking a talented Senior C++ Developer with 3+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C++ development on Linux platforms, along with a deep understanding of data processing, performance optimization, and modern coding practices. In this role, you will contribute to designing and optimizing efficient systems for data transformation and processing, while collaborating with a dynamic team to deliver high-quality solutions.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

C++ Development & Optimization: Develop, enhance, and maintain high-performance C++ applications on Linux platform for code optimization to improve performance, scalability, and reliability. Translate logic and workflows to optimize C++ code.
Data Processing & Transformation: Implement data processing routines and transformations in C++ to meet technical requirement & ensure efficient handling of large-scale data sets.
Linux Environment & Debugging: Utilize your solid knowledge of Linux environments to implement and troubleshoot C++ applications. Use Linux tools and debugging techniques to identify issues and optimize code.
Database: Work with SQL and relational databases to interact with data, optimize queries. Design and maintain SQL queries, ensuring data integrity and performance.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data engineers, and other developers, to ensure alignment with project goals.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development best practices and coding standards.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in C++ development, particularly on Linux platforms.
• Strong understanding of data processing routines, transformations, and performance optimization.
• Proficiency in using Linux development environments, debugging tools, and shell scripting.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and relational database systems.
• Proven experience in optimizing C++ code for performance and reliability.
• Ability to analyse and refactor existing code, ensuring efficiency and readability.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to understand complex logic and translate it into efficient C++ code.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team to achieve project objectives.
• Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process migration or modernization projects, including data pipeline development.
• Familiarity with data engineering practices and workflows.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Exposure to scripting languages like Python or Shell for automation and process optimization.
