Role & responsibilities
1) Business Strategy:
* Conducting strategic analyses to identify potential acquisition opportunities
in alignment with the company's growth objectives.
* Design and implement a comprehensive Enterprise Risk Management
framework, ensuring proactive identification and mitigation of risks.
* Assist MD in establishing a structured business review process for all verticals
including weekly reviews and monthly reviews.
* Budget planning and strategy development, providing critical insights and
supporting strategic decision-making processes.
* Monitor and analyze market trends, business opportunities, and competitor
activities to identify potential clients and their needs.
* Provide key inputs on investment opportunities by exploring & analyzing
upcoming markets & technologies.
* Actively support and oversee cross-functional and organization-wide
strategic initiatives and projects, fostering cohesion and alignment across
different departments.
2) Collaborative Leadership:
* Collaborating with other project leaders to provide valuable market research
insights and strategic guidance for the identification and execution of new
strategic initiatives, fostering cross functional synergy & innovation.
3) Calendar Management:
* Effectively managing the MDs schedule, including arranging appointments,
meetings, and travel plans (Itinerary, accommodation, transportation) . This
involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure
optimal use of the CEOs time.
4) Communication Handling:
* Acting as a primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external
parties. This includes screening and managing emails, calls, and other forms
of communication, responding on behalf of the CEO when necessary.
5) Information Management:
* Handling confidential information with discretion and maintaining organized
records. This may involve preparing reports, financial spreadsheets,
presentations, and documentation for the CEO.
* Maintain paper and electronic filing system.
