Position: Senior Associate

Location: Bangalore/Gurgaon

This position executes projects in diverse areas of technology and Patent Services.

The role involves understanding project requirements, in Intellectual Property domain and ensuring high quality deliverables for the clients. The role involves carrying out patent licensing related tasks including:

A. Providing technical guidance and carrying out due diligence for the High-tech companies and law firms.

B. Carrying out infringement analysis and preparing claim charts/EoUs.

C. Carrying out patent portfolio assessments to identify the high valued assets.

D. Added benefit, if the applicant has experience in dealing with software architecture, cloud, audio//video codecs.

Client

1. Ensuring high Quality delivery and TAT compliance; 100% compliance to client SLAs.
2. Ensuring closure of any feedback received on the project.

People

1. Contributing to training/upskilling team members, as required.
2. Providing in-depth feedback and feedforward to team members on various projects, as and when required

Operations

1. Meeting individual and project level targets
2. Ensuring timely delivery of internal & external reports
3. Executing various processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Misc.

1. Displaying effective and responsive communication
2. Participating in Learning and Development activities at various levels; supporting various BU wide initiatives (as required)
3. Complying to all specific company policies to apply without exception, including but not limited to compulsory adherence of ISO/IEC 27001:2013 guidelines

Education

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Infringement Analysis, Claim chart development, Product Testing, etc.
• In-Depth knowledge on Standard Essential Patent Mapping.
• Experience with 3GPP (5G, 4G, LTE), WLAN standards
