JOB SUMMARY:.
- The Senior Manager - Human Resource will lead and oversee all facets of talent acquisition, leadership hiring, and employee life-cycle management, including talent development, engagement, retention, and succession planning.
- This role is pivotal in implementing performance management frameworks like the 9-box matrix and enhancing the overall employee experience.
- Additionally, the role includes managing HR policies, HR MIS, rewards and recognition programs, and fostering career development pathways for high-potential employees.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:.
- Talent Acquisition & Leadership Hiring.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract and hire top-tier leadership talent.
- Utilize headhunting techniques and networks to identify high-potential candidates.
Talent Development & Retention.
- Design and implement talent development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
- Create career development pathways for high-potential employees, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and execute employee retention strategies, fostering a culture of engagement and belonging.
- Talent Engagement.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction through continuous feedback and recognition programs.
- Implement strategies to improve organizational culture and employee morale.
- Develop and manage effective communication channels to keep employees informed and motivated.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
- Develop a robust succession planning framework to ensure leadership continuity.
- Identify and nurture internal talent for critical roles.
- Collaborate with leadership to create growth opportunities for high-potential employees.
- Oversee the implementation of the performance management system, incorporating the 9-box matrix.
- Drive the setting of Key Result Areas (KRA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for all employees.
- Facilitate performance reviews, provide feedback, and recommend developmental interventions.
- Rewards & Recognition.
- Design and implement effective rewards and recognition programs to motivate and retain employees.
- Develop criteria for recognition aligned with organizational values and objectives.
- Promote a culture of appreciation through regular acknowledgment of employee contributions.
- HR Policies & Procedures.
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in line with industry best practices and organizational objectives.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate HR policies effectively across the organization.
- HR MIS & Reporting.
- Maintain and manage HR data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and present HR reports and dashboards to leadership for informed decision-making.
Additional Responsibilities.
- Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills to influence and engage stakeholders.
- Lead initiatives to enhance the employee value proposition and employer branding.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees on all talent-related matters.
REQUIRED SKILLS, QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:.
Skills:.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strategic thinking and ability to align talent initiatives with business objectives.
- Proficiency in HR tools and systems, including HR MIS platforms.
- Expertise in headhunting and leadership hiring methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes.
Qualification and Experience:.
- MBA or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
- Minimum 12-15 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on talent acquisition, development, and retention.
- Proven track record of implementing successful talent strategies and HR initiatives.
- Experience with performance management frameworks, including the 9-box matrix, Bell curve.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
