The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, building and maintaining customer relationships, and leading the sales team to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and increase market share.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure individual and team performance goals are met. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching.
Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Use insights to inform sales strategies.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales budget. Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective sales operations.
Training and Development: Identify training needs and provide ongoing development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
