Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all aspects of day-to-day store operations, including sales, customer service, staffing, and inventory management.
Set and achieve sales targets, goals, and KPIs to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.
Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers, increase customer retention, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate store staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback and coaching, and address any performance issues or training needs.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards for safety, security, and operational excellence.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
Plan and execute merchandising and promotional activities to drive product awareness, sales, and customer engagement.
Manage inventory levels, replenishment, and stock rotation to optimize product availability and minimize shrinkage.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to foster loyalty and support business growth.
