Senior Network Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Network Engineer with 3 to 8 years of hands-on expertise in Juniper routing and switching. The ideal candidate must be certified on Juniper Networks (JNCIP/JNCIE preferred) and should be capable of independently managing and troubleshooting network infrastructure. The candidate must be based in or willing to work from Greater Noida and possess strong networking skills to ensure a stable and secure enterprise network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Network Infrastructure Management: Design, configure, deploy, and maintain Juniper routers and switches across enterprise networks.
• Routing & Switching: Implement and troubleshoot BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, VLANs, STP, and QoS configurations.
• Network Security & Performance Optimization: Ensure high availability, security, and efficiency of the network.
• Independent Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve complex LAN/WAN connectivity issues independently.
• Network Monitoring & Automation: Use network monitoring tools to analyze performance, detect anomalies, and automate routine tasks.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain network diagrams, configurations, and incident reports, ensuring compliance with security policies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support IT operations and business-critical applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Juniper Certification: JNCIP or JNCIE (preferred).
• 14+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering.
• Expertise in configuring, troubleshooting, and managing Juniper routers and switches.
• Strong understanding of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS) and switching technologies.
• Experience in network security, firewalls, VPNs, and ACLs.
• Ability to independently handle and resolve complex network issues.
• Strong knowledge of network automation tools (Ansible, Python scripting is a plus).
• Familiarity with WAN technologies, SD-WAN, and cloud networking is an advantage.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Certifications in Cisco (CCNP/CCIE) or other networking vendors.
• Experience in network virtualization, cloud networking (AWS/Azure), or wireless networking.
• Knowledge of load balancers, network security appliances, and VoIP.
