The opportunity.

Responsible for the day to day accounting/tax function in India.

Responsible to assist on month end close wherever required.

Responsible to be the liaison of the payroll process with the payroll outsourcing team.

What Youll Deliver.

Smooth finance operations.

Meaningful and insightful financial analysis to assist business decision.

High quality finance reports as required.

Plans and data insights to the business to enabling effective performance management.

Strengthening internal control and governance, standardisation and automation and transaction processing in line with global standards but tailored to local requirements.

Support to the business as required.

How Well Measure It.

Accounts Receivable: timely and accurate billings issued to clients, debts being collected on a timely basis.

Accounts Payable: timely and accurate periodic process and payments for suppliers, employee claims and as directed.

Projecting accounting: timely and accurately accounting for projects, including revenue recognition, cost projections, timecard reporting and project forecast.

Reporting: delivery of month end closing and accurate reports.

Compliance: ensure all tax and compliance requirements are fulfilled, including calculations, record keeping and payments, on time and accurate.

Ensure and ongoing improvement of efficiency and effectiveness of finance operations, processes, deliverables, internal controls and team management as appropriate.

Your Experience.

University graduated, major in Accounting.

Fully qualified accountant.

Over 7 years work experience and at least 2 years in a similar role.

Strong commitment to excellent customer service and principles.

Understanding of Microsoft Office and finance applications.
