Role & responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with clients to generate new business opportunities
Identify market trends and stay up-to-date on competitors' activities
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and seamless execution of deals
Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records of all sales activities
Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends and network with potential clients
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market share in the real estate sector
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations to ensure individual and team success
Monitor sales activities, analyze performance metrics, and generate reports for senior management to track progress and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and market trends
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential growth areas within the real estate industry
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry stakeholders, and partners to enhance the company's reputation and market presence
Participate in negotiations and strategic discussions with clients, ensuring the successful closure of high-value deals
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to proactively adjust sales strategies as needed
Manage the sales budget, allocate resources effectively, and optimize cost-efficiency while delivering superior results
Provide training and professional development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages innovation, teamwork, and a customer-centric approach.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduation degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Master's degree is a
plus
Proven track record of at least 10 years in sales and minimum of 3 years in leadership role
In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, industry trends, and competitive landscape
Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, generate insights, and make informed decisions
Demonstrated ability to create and execute successful sales strategies
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving and decision-making
A network of contacts within the real estate industry is desirable
Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Real Estate Sales License) are advantageous
