Nurse Educator

Job Content: To train the nursing staff by including both Clinical and Non - clinical programs with an objective to improve Medical practices for patient safety and their well being.

Job Profile:

1. Carry out daily clinical rounds.

2. Arrange Induction programs and coordinate In service training programs as per the calender.

3. Assess the domain knowledge and review educational programs.

4. Organize and Conduct Crash course sessions and various training sessions such as BLS/ACLS/PALS/NALS specialized certified cources.

5. Prepare academic roster.

6. Prepare questionnaires for recruitement of staff.

7. Conduct exams post training session, and while regularizing staff.

8. Attend Emergency calls

9. Attend management meetings i.e; Mortality& Morbidity meet, Highlights of CARE and Quality meetings.

10. Counsel and motivate the staff

11. Assist in planning the needs of the floors and critical areas.

12. Maintain good & healthy interpersonal relationships.
