The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing the marketing strategies and
Job Role operations for our FIBC bag manufacturing company. This role involves developing marketing plans,
driving brand awareness, and managing a team to achieve the company's business objectives in the
global market.
1. Strategic Marketing Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the FIBC bag industry to drive brand awareness and achieve significant business growth.
2. Market Research and Business Development:
- Conduct in-depth market research to gain insights into customer needs, market trends, and
competitive dynamics.- Lead business development initiatives to acquire new clients and markets, ensuring a steady flow of new business opportunities.
3. Client Management:
- Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and repeat business. - Maintain a healthy pipeline of orders by consistently engaging with current and prospective clients and identifying opportunities for growth.
4. Product Marketing:
- Collaborate closely with the Production and Quality Control (QC) teams to successfully launch new Key Responsibilities FIBC bag products that meet market demands and quality standards.
5. Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to
maximize ROI.
6. Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work
environment. Set clear goals and performance expectations, providing regular feedback and support
to ensure team success.
7. Performance Metrics and Reporting:
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and impact of
marketing initiatives.
8. Digital Marketing and Online Presence:
- Oversee the companys digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO, PPC, and social media campaigns, to enhance online visibility and engagement.
Designation Manager Marketing
Experience
(Yrs.) Min 5 Years Preferred Age Min 25 To 35 Year
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role within the manufacturing or industrial sector,
preferably in the FIBC bag industry.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, PPC, and social media
Other Preferred management.
Skills - Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that align with business objectives.
- Experience in international marketing and export promotion is a plus.Language
Proficiency Strong command on English, communication skills.Salary Range
(Monthly CTC) Negotiable based on experience and industry relevance
