Job Role:

As a Business Development Manager, you will connect with potential customers via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media, helping them understand our modular solutions and converting inquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries via online channels.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable modular solutions.
• Follow up with leads and nurture them until closure.
• Maintain a strong relationship with potential and existing clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize online sales strategies.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records in CRM/software.

What Were Looking For:

• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in online sales/business development.
• Excellent communication skills (English & regional language preferred).
• Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated personality.
• Comfortable with calling, chatting, and engaging customers online.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, or sales software is a plus.
• Passion for sales and customer interaction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
