Achieve theset targets on MLAP Loans in terms of open market acquisition and existingpotential customer conversion

Maintaindatabase of the prospects, meet select prospects and manage the relationshipthereafter

Attend X (tobe defined) number of prospects in a day/week/month to generate leads andreferences for MLAP Loans

Should beready to travel extensively across the catchment area of the location to buildthe base of business

Customer(Both Internal & External)

Interact withcustomers in a courteous and professional manner; provide prompt, efficient andaccurate services and establish professional relationship with them, with along-term perspective

Guaranteeconfidential treatment of all the information gathered from customers anddemonstrate the highest order of integrity as per the code of conduct of theorganization

InternalProcess

Carry out thepre and post-loan activities related to MLAP Loans, perform simple financialanalysis, present the loan applications to the sanctioning committee byadhering to the set TAT & prioritize the repayment of loans to preserve theportfolio quality

Visit thecustomers business and home to do the assessment/evaluation, following theProduct Policy procedures.

Coordinatewith the credit department in case of identifying discrepancies or problems incustomers information, reports, etc. through Cluster Manager MLAP

Innovation& Learning

Maintain upto date knowledge of MLAP product as well as a working knowledge of otherproducts offered in the branch

InformCluster Manager MLAP about the demand in his/her assigned branch catchment aswell as on the competition on a regular basis

Ensureadherence to training man-days/ mandatory training programs for self

Should beupdated with the latest trends in civic and local laws of the location ofoperation
