UI/UX Designer

Quiktrak is seeking a UI/UX Developer with 5 to 7 years of experience in web design and development. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the user interface and experience of our products, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver top-notch digital solutions. Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers to implement user interfaces that meet design specifications. Develop responsive, cross-browser-compatible web pages using HTML, CSS, JQUERY, ASPX.

NET (with 3rd party controllers), JavaScript, WordPress and Joomla. Optimize web pages for maximum speed and scalability. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. Create and maintain a component library for reusable UI elements.

Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs. Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and Web technologies. Required Experience: Proven experience as a Front-End Developer or UI/UX Developer. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ASPX.

NET (with 3rd party controllers) and modern frameworks/libraries (e g, bootstrap, Angular, Material design), WordPress and Joomla. Strong understanding of responsive design, adaptive design, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization. Knowledge of SEO best practices. Experience with design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Experience with version control systems (e g, Git). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Educational Qualifications: tech or bachelors degree in computer science, Design, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Soft Skills Required: Fluency in English to interact effectively with US-based clients is a must. Outstanding leadership and organizational skills. Consultative approach during internal and external discussions.

Excellent written and verbal communications. Ability to impress customers and prospects with functional knowledge and understanding of their business. Ability to work effectively with offshore teams have necessary patience and understanding of cultural differences.
