Key Responsibilities:. Strategic Project Planning:. Develop and implement project planning strategies to meet organizational objectives
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
Create detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocations
Leadership and Team Management:. Lead and oversee the project planning team, providing guidance and support as needed
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project planning team
Conduct regular project reviews and status meetings to keep stakeholders informed of progress and any changes
Risk Management and Problem Solving:. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and communication throughout the project lifecycle
Performance Evaluation and Reporting:. Evaluate project performance against established metrics and benchmarks, identifying opportunities for improvement
Utilize project management software/tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana) to track progress and report on key performance indicators
Requisitos. Requirements:. MBA with a specialization in Project Management or a related field
A Bachelors degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field is preferred
Minimum 15 years of experience in project management or project planning roles, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g.,Zoho, Agile, Waterfall, Kanban) and software/tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana)
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Language Requirements:. Fluency in English is essential for this position. Knowledge of Portuguese will be considered a strong plus
